What better summer Fly Out destination could there be than the beach! Join us on August 18th as we head over to Ocean City MD to check out the boardwalk, dip our toes in the water, and enjoy the warm weather. The schedule for the day will be as follows:
9:00AM: Meet at the EAA186 Chapter House, KHEF
9:30AM: Aircraft Depart for Ocean City MD, KOXB
10:30AM: Aircraft arrive KOXB
11:00AM: Group hails Taxis/Ubers/Lyfts to N. Division St/Boardwalk Arch sign
11:20AM-3:30PM Enjoy Beach and Boardwalk
4:00PM: Meet back at KOXB airport to board aircraft for return flights
4:30PM: Aircraft depart KOXB
5:30PM: Aircraft arrive back at EAA186 Chapter House, KHEF
Pilots: If you wish to participate in the fly-out, please provide a short description of yourself, your aircraft, and any pertinent information about the seats you have available for passengers on the fly out to Jason Fine. Information should include number of seats available, any passenger weight restrictions, applicable shared cost to passengers in accordance with 14 CFR 61.113.
Passengers: Please only sign up if you are confident you will be able to attend the fly out. Last minute cancellations leave the pilots in a tough spot, as some may be renting aircraft and counting on a certain number of passengers to help offset their costs.
