“Hey, is that Air Force One?”
“Yeah, it’s an exact model the President gave me
when I flew him to Moscow a while back.”
“Awesome! I didn’t know you flew the President!”
“Top secret, you know. Can’t talk about it!

Imagine this conversation with Uncle Charlie who’s visiting from back home! Ok, so it’s a little exaggerated but what pilot hasn’t told a few tall ones? But imagine Uncle Charlie’s surprise when he gets a package from you later that includes a 19” long replica of Air Force One, Boeing 747-200B, tail number 28000 – that looks exactly like the real thing!

There is, at last counting, one of these beautiful replicas of Air Force One remaining now, only to members of EAA Chapter 186 for a reasonable donation!

Normally, you’d have to pay more than $200 for one, but through a donation by a friend of the Chapter, we have acquired quite an air force of amazing aircraft models, especially helicopters – but also a number of winged aircraft -and all ready for display.

These aren’t the “affordable” plastic things that come in a box from your local Mall Mart that you stick together with tube glue. They’re professionally crafted, hand-painted models made of solid mahogany that range in size from 19” to 12” that feature official colors, accurate aircraft markings, tail numbers, and firmly metal-mounted on stands.

Some are on display at the Chapter House. (Only those models on tables are available. None on shelves or hanging from the ceiling are included.) Already crafted and ready to “fly” on your office desk or in your kids’ bedrooms. Or, share one with a Young Eagle. Talk about boosting aviation enthusiasm for flying!

Available (the last time we checked) are the following replicas:
Marine One Lockheed Martin VH71s
DC Metropolitan Police Eurocopter AS 350s
NY State Police Bell 407s
US Army and Navy Hueys
Florida Highway Patrol and Aviation Bureau
Special Ops Cessna 182s
A Grumman Goose
Dassault Falcon Jets
Gulfstream G700

and many others!

What’s a reasonable donation? We’ll let you decide that. The important thing is to take advantage of this once-in-a-while opportunity to boost your organization. Many are on display at the Chapter House, but if there’s one or more in particular you’d like to obtain, please contact Chapter President Sande Miller-Long at https://eaa186.org/contact/

Other replicas may be made available soon, depending on the demand. But this special EAA Chapter 186 offer is limited. Don’t hesitate! Make Uncle Charlie happy today. We’ll keep your secret!
