EAA Chapter 186 seeks to rent hangar F2 described below, OR to sell hangar F2 (whose sale will include hangar F1, also described below). Hangar F2 is currently empty. Hangar F1 is currently rented and the tenant desires to continue renting that space.
For rent: hangar F2, $2,000/mo. Dimensions are 65 feet wide by 55 feet deep, and the maximum height of the bifold door is 15 feet 1 inch. Hangar F2 can be accessed by two swinging door located on the bifold door.

Interior of hangar F2: 4, 5, 6
Heater in hangar F2: 7. It is thermostat controlled, and runs on city gas. Tenant establishes their own account with Washington Gas.
Sink in hangar F2: 8. Hot water is provided by a demand hot water heater that runs on the same gas account as the hangar heater.
Lights in hangar F2: 9. There are three such lights. Tenant establishes their own account with Dominion Power.
Bathroom that is located at the back of the adjacent space (F1): 10. The tenant of hangar F2 has access to this bathroom.
For sale: hangar F2 , plus the adjacent space called hangar F1, $186,000. F1's dimensions are 22 feet wide by 45 feet deep. There is an interior door that connects F1 and F2. F1 can be accessed from the outside by a swinging door as well as by a separate garage door.
Outside of F1 and F2: 11 and 12.
